Dr. Charissa Martin was born in Portland, Oregon. She grew up with three sisters in Salem, Oregon where her father is a pediatric dentist. She graduated Valedictorian from South Salem High School and went to the University of Oregon. While there she attended all home Duck football games and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Honors College. She met her husband, Jeff Foster, at Oregon Health and Science Dental School where she graduated with High Honors in 2005.
Dr. Martin spent two years practicing dentistry in North Carolina before moving back to her home state of Oregon. After starting a family in 2009, they decided to move to her husband's home town. Dr. Foster is an orthodontist in Helena where they raise their two young sons, Chase and Caden. As a family they love attending sporting events, especially Cat football games. Dr. Martin spends much of her free time running, swimming, and skiing.
